Code of Ethics

I. Corporate Ideology

Global Consult is committed to developing and maintaining a corporate culture rooted in ethical principles, responsible citizenship, and legal compliance. We believe that excellence in professional relationships begins with integrity, and that our reputation is built through the daily actions of every team member.

Citizenship

We act as responsible corporate citizens, respecting communities, promoting social well-being, and contributing positively to the environments in which we operate. Our commitment extends beyond business results to include environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and active participation in community development.

Ethics

Ethics is the foundation of every decision we make. We conduct all activities with honesty, transparency, and fairness, ensuring that our practices align with the highest standards of professional and moral conduct. Each employee is expected to exercise good judgment and to act with integrity at all times.

Legal Compliance

Global Consult strictly adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in every jurisdiction where we operate. This includes, but is not limited to, labor laws, tax regulations, anti-corruption legislation, data protection statutes, and industry-specific requirements.

Excellence in Relationships

We value transparent, respectful, and productive relationships with our clients, partners, suppliers, and among our internal teams. We believe that sustainable business growth is achieved through mutual trust, clear communication, and shared commitment to quality.

II. Practical Guide

Communication

All communication, whether internal or external, must be truthful, clear, and respectful. Employees should ensure that information shared with clients, partners, and colleagues is accurate, timely, and does not mislead. Official communications must be authorized by the appropriate department.

Confidentiality

The protection of confidential information is paramount. All employees, contractors, and partners must safeguard proprietary data, client information, and trade secrets. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential material, whether intentional or negligent, constitutes a serious breach of this Code and may result in disciplinary and legal action.

Respect

Every individual at Global Consult is entitled to a workplace free from intimidation, discrimination, and harassment. We foster a culture of inclusion, where diversity is celebrated and every voice is valued. Respectful treatment is non-negotiable and applies to all professional interactions.

Legislation

All team members must be familiar with the laws and regulations relevant to their roles. Ignorance of the law is not accepted as a justification for non-compliance. Global Consult provides training and resources to ensure that employees can meet these expectations.

Internal Norms

Compliance with internal policies, procedures, and guidelines is mandatory. These norms exist to standardize best practices, ensure quality, and protect the organization and its stakeholders. Employees who identify gaps or conflicts in internal norms should report them to their managers or the compliance department.

Conflicts of Interest

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict or may appear to conflict with those of the company. Any potential conflict of interest must be promptly disclosed to management. This includes external employment, financial investments in competitors or clients, and personal relationships that may influence business decisions.

We comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, and we actively seek ways to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote sustainability. Employees are expected to support these efforts in their daily work and to report any practices that may harm the environment.

Final Provisions

Dissemination

This Code of Ethics will be made available to all employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders. It will be included in the onboarding process for new hires and will be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation, best practices, and the company's evolving standards. Training sessions on the Code of Ethics will be conducted annually.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Ethics may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationship. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, legal proceedings may also be initiated. All reported violations will be investigated impartially, and appropriate corrective measures will be applied. Retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith is strictly prohibited and will itself be treated as a serious breach of this Code.
