It determines the value of a property based on the cost to reproduce or replace the existing construction, considering current material prices, labor costs, and depreciation factors. This approach provides the replacement value needed for adequate insurance coverage.

Direct Market Comparison Method

This is the most widely used methodology in real estate valuation. It determines value by comparing the subject property with similar properties that have been recently sold or are currently listed in the market. Our engineers analyze comparable transactions, adjusting for differences in location, size, condition, and features to arrive at an accurate market value determination.
